Why Blunest Connect Exists
Many families want to help their loved ones with technology but don't always have the time, expertise, or ability to be there in person.
We started Blunest Connect to bridge that gap.
Through our work with older adults in senior living communities, we've seen firsthand how technology can create both opportunities and frustrations.
A simple issue with a phone, tablet, TV, or internet connection can become overwhelming and impact a person's ability to stay connected to family, healthcare, and everyday life.
Our goal is simple: provide trusted technology support that helps people feel confident, connected, and supported

The People Who Make Blunest Different
Behind every Blunest visit is a team of patient, compassionate people who genuinely enjoy helping others. We believe technology should never feel intimidating, which is why every interaction is built on trust, kindness, and taking the time to meet people where they are. While each team member has a unique story, we all share one goal: helping older adults feel more confident, connected, and supported.
Why We Love What We Do

LAURA
I love connecting with people and finding practical solutions that make life a little easier. Whether I'm answering questions, offering support, or helping someone navigate a challenge, my goal is to make every person feel welcomed and valued. I especially enjoy those moments when someone learns a new skill, discovers a solution they didn't know existed, or leaves feeling more confident than when they arrived.

MICHELE
My favorite Blunest moment is seeing a client confidently use a new skill. When they learn something that has a positive impact on their life, I'm gratified knowing I was a part of that.

My most memorable experience working for Blunest would be when I helped a client make a shortcut to watch her granddaughter play live and the next time I came in she showed me how much she practiced using the shortcut and she hasn’t missed her granddaughter play since!

What I enjoy most about helping the clients is the social aspect of everything. Yes, our jobs are very tech savvy but it almost doesn’t feel like a job most days. It just feels like helping a family or friend with daily technical questions they may have. I really enjoy getting to know the clients on a personal level as well as a technical level. I love that the clients are always so warm and welcoming! The excitement they get from us getting the job done is what really motivates me. Whether the tasks are big or small, the clients always make me feel as though I made their day every time!

What I enjoy most about teaching with Blunest is empowering people and helping them feel more confident using technology.

STEVEN
I’ve always lived by the motto: 'Leave it better than I found it.' Whether I’m helping a resident set up their first tablet or guiding them through online safety, my priority is always the person behind the screen. As a caregiver at heart, I know that for many older adults, technology can feel like a barrier. I love that at Blunest Connect, we turn those barriers into bridges. I’m here to make sure every interaction is patient, respectful, and empowering, helping our community members feel more connected to their loved ones and the world around them.

ISRAEL
I started Blunest because I believe technology should bring people together, not create frustration. The most rewarding moments are seeing someone smile after accomplishing something they didn't think they could do, or hearing our team share stories about the connections they've helped create. Those moments remind me why this work matters.
Why We Show Up Every Day
Every member of our team has experienced the joy of seeing someone's face light up when technology finally clicks. It's the relief after solving a frustrating problem, the excitement of reconnecting with family, or the pride that comes from learning something new.
Those moments remind us that our work has never really been about technology.
It's about helping people stay connected to the people, memories, and moments that matter most.
